职位描述:
Responsibilities:
1. Manage and coordinate execution of projects between Client and internal resources to ensure that projects are delivered on time and on brief.
2. Cost control and quality control on individual project to ensure services delivered are up to international standards.
3. Manage process flow to ensure smooth implementation.
4. Manage all necessary documentation with Client, internal resources, etc.
5. Build relationships with the Client.
6. (Senior AM) Be able to understand and assess client’s business needs in conjunction with Acxiom’s services to provide value-added input and identify opportunities.
Skills required:
1. Project management skills to manage multiple projects at a time.
2. Communication skills (written and oral) to be clear and concise.
3. Interpersonal skills to manage relationships at different levels with different groups of people – internal and external.
4. Basic working understanding of CRM and database marketing – marketing and basic technology aspects.
5. Analytical and detailed – ability to deal with data.
Education and Experience:
1. Bachelor’s Degree level
2. Written and spoken English
3. Marketing or Technology experience
4. Junior AM: 1 to 3 years working experience
5. Senior AM: 5+ years working experience
